TPL converts 1,500 lb. rolls of SFI-certified paperboard into bundles of uniquely patterned, punched, and die cut paper that is shipped to customers on a pallet. Our customers have an Expander machine on site that folds, separates and crimps the paper into one-inch, three dimensional pyramids with serrated edges. When dropped into boxes the pyramids settle and interlock, providing products protection from shock and pressure during shipping.
