Through a collaboration with Veterinary Specialty Hospital in San Diego, we will adopt the use of next generation sequencing for use in personalized veterinary medicine in areas of molecular oncology and infectious disease metagenomics. Early development of veterinary diagnostics will provide us with a rich source of IP, greater credibility and the assets necessary to fund a clinical trial for application to human infectious disease diagnostics.
