Rechelle has 15 years in business development. She has extensive experience in developing strategic relationships, brand marketing, and market research with companies such as Procter & Gamble and Nestle. Rechelle is also President of Discovering Cures, a non-profit organization dedicated to the research needs of patient advocacy groups.

Zack is a Fellow of the Institute for Cellular and Molecular Biology, University of Texas at Austin. Zack has 15 plus years background as a computer scientist, biologist, game architect, and creator of interactive video art. A former Director of Technology at Origin / Electronic Arts, Zack's expertise ranges from computer engineering to molecular biology.

Thomas has almost 30 years in software development, from solo designer/developer to executive management in the computer game industry. His most recent work prior to TraitWise was for scientific research in the fields of biophysics, enzyme-kinetics, and scientific visualization for both industry and at the Institute for Computation Engineering and Science, University of Texas at Austin.

David has over 20 years of experience in the Clinical Development arena, including data management, study design and business development. His focus is in the application of technology to improve data collection and study processes for clinical studies. David received his BS and MS degrees from Brigham Young University and Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of Texas at Austin.
