His other previous management positions have included National Sales and Training Manager for Nick Scali Furniture. Prior to this he owned a number of motor Dealerships in Sydney

Jan-neil has over 27 years experience in Sales and Management. Her previous positions have included such companies as the Woolstore, Guests Furniture, Nick Scali, Inspirations Furniture. Just to name a few. She uses her industry experience and Management Experience to develop close relationships with Business owners and is responsible for bringing a strong development team together. She also handles Sales and Marketing of our own products.

Tricia is an experienced Teacher with 27 years experience. She recently retired her position with education Queensland to focus on her business interests which includes Trainthem Pty. Ltd. Tricia has an extensive property portfolio and is actively involved with a number of women's property groups . Tricia is our Placements officer and is constantly in contact with Retailers and Motor Dealers looking for well trained staff

Mani served with RSAF for 17 years. His service included School of methods of Instruction, Instructional Technology Centre, Ministry of Defense. Currently Education of Australia, Cert1V TAA& TAE, Training and Essessment of Australia, Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Mani has business credentials in Singapore and set up Southern Cross RTO in Singapore. He is an experienced course developer and Facilitator. Currently Head Developer Trainer.
