Mr. Fraser's expertise in new technology marketing and development has been demonstrated in 38 years of experience gained with Fortune 100 companies and in high technology. He has developed and led the Company’s programs at National Laboratories and has been Principal Investigator on its Defense contracts. His efforts have resulted in important strategic partnerships for Tracer to enable it to bring its technology-based products to market.

Retired Air Force Lt. Col. with special information and intelligence background; experienced program manager (San Antonio based). Has successfully managed the technical aspects of Tracer’s contracts with the Department of Defense and is an integral part of the team.

Mr. Kabanek is an experienced technology business executive with senior program management and acquisition experience/expertise.He is highly skilled in management, program/project management (PMP certified) and in Acquisition Management. Kabanek also served in the US Air Force for 19 years. He earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Systems from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and his Bachelor of Science degree from the Univ. of Okla.

Mr. Donehey was SVP and Chief Information Officer for Capital One Finance - accountable for all Telecommunications, Computer Operations, Systems Development and Systems Integration activities. Mr. Donehey helped grow Capital One from a regional Company of 2,000 employees to a world-class organization of more than 26,000 employees in six countries. Focus on information based marketing techniques and superior call center operatiions.

Mr. Taylor was formerly COO and President of Jerry and Ketchum Advertising and prior to this, Vice-Chairman of Jordan McGrath Case & Taylor Inc. He has over 40 years experience in marketing, brand creation and management, product development and strategic planning. Mr. Taylor serves as management and strategic advisor to Mr. Fraser.

Mr. Chilek is an experienced finance professional. He is currently a principal at M.G. Chilek & Associates that provides management, strategic and financial consulting to growing companies in diverse industries. He has served as SVP, CFO and Secretary of Delta Mutual, Inc., a public company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ with oil and gas operations in South America. He also has experience in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.

Former Congressman George Hochbrueckner has served as close advisor to Tracer’s President and as its representative in Washington DC. His efforts have exposed the Company to decision makers in Congress and in federal agencies. His introductions were directly responsible for Tracer receiving its contracts with the Department of Defense. He continues to work closely with Tracer to promote programs to senior level federal contacts and agencies.
