TPM Incorporated was incorporated in 2015 as an expansion of a family owned and operated business. It has three legal entities.

TPM's largest and oldest Legal Entity, Peddlers Junction LLC, was created in 2010 and consists of a passive vendor mall business. The vendor mall was started by the family's mother in a small 10,000 sq. ft retail space. Over the course of five years the business has grown into a 45,000 sq. ft. location, is known as the largest vendor mall in the Mid-Ohio Valley, and generates (for the last two years) YoY sales of $800K. TPM Incorporated continues to operate this Legal Entity under TPM Holding Inc.

TPM Incorporated's newest legal entity, TPM Properties, was formed by TPM Incorporated to expand on the vision and mission of the investors to purchase and manage commercial real estate properties. The Vision for TPM Properties is to acquire commercial real estate properties with greater than 12% return on investment. TPM is in the process of purchasing its first property, a shopping plaza, with yearly generated revenue of $194K. The flagship store in the shopping plaza is Peddlers Junction.

TPM Incorporated is a registered for-profit business in the state of Ohio. TPM currently has seven investors and five board members. Abbey Tanner, currently resides as President and CEO.
