Logan Jacobs is a Tennessee native and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee in Finance and Economics. He previously worked at Raymond James Financial before founding Jacobs Capital Management, a boutique wealth management firm. He then moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington's Foster School of Business for his MBA.

Shahram Aarabi, M.D., MPH completed his undergraduate education at the University of California in Mathematics. He attended New York University for medical school. He completed general surgery internship and residency, a fellowship in surgical critical care and trauma, and a fellowship in vascular surgery, all at the University of Washington. During his surgical training, he obtained a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University.

Jason O. Germany's work experience has ranged from design firms and action sports to housewares and mobile devices; in each case, he was creating and executing within interdisciplinary groups. As a result, his designs have received numerous patents as well as regional, national, and international awards, including an ID Magazine’s Best in Category and an IDEA Gold for consumer products.
