We developed our exceptional fit from over 400 interviews with women across numerous skilled trades- creating workwear that doesn't compromise on durability and allowing them to perform at their best in all-day comfort.

    Stacey Gose is from Iowa, the kid of fifth-generation farmers. Always loving to work outside, she figured she couldn’t be the only one tired of shopping for gear in the men’s section. In 2015, she launched her company during her MBA program. And successfully sold out of productions of work gloves and pants- the first two core products that launched Tougher.
