In 1999 graduated from the Faculty of International Law of BSU with master degree, in 1998-2003 - manager in ACNielsen, in 2003-2013 – cybercrime investigator and digital forensics specialist. 2010 - 2013 - cybercrime expert to CoE, OSCE, UN, Interpol, member of CoE Cybercrime Committee (T-CY), an international expert of EU-CoE "Eastern Partnership on Cybercrime” program. In 2014-2017 Founder and CEO of “YOL” knowledge network for car owners.

In 2013 graduated from Stockholm Royal Institute of Technology with master degree in “Business in Telecom". In 1997-2008 - GD of «ACNielsen Azerbaijan Ltd.», in 2008-2013 - business analyst in «Azercell Telecom» («Telia Sonera“). In 2013-2015 - CCO in Avirtel, in 2016-2017 - Advisor to the GD for Commercial Affairs in Baktelekom. Qualifications: consumer segmentation and analytics, development of profitable market segments in Telecom.
