Mr. Pheterson has over 20 years experience with product management, marketing, channel development, business development, OEM relations, and leadership experience for a range of public and private companies. He has successfully brought hundreds of branded, OEM, and private-label products to market. He was a co-founder of a successful high-tech startup for which he had written a lucrative patent that was defended for roughly $20M.

Mr. Kornbluth is a graduate of Yeshiva University with a degree in accounting. He co-founded and online retail business and provided leadership to a successful exit. Previously, as an equity trader for Schonfeld Securities and Opus trading fund LLC, he managed multi-million dollar capital accounts for a large equity trading firm. He employed statistical methods and risk management to identify trading opportunities in the equity markets.
