Total Computer Solutions, Inc (TCSI). was founded in March of 1990 by Robert Lathan. The company, originally called Infotel Computers, was created for two reasons. Mr. Lathan was constantly being asked to perform duties as an independent contractor and, therefore, felt it necessary to have a business that he could use for billing and tax purposes. It was built on the foundation of these principals: Reputation, Reliability, Knowledge, Honesty.
