    Formerly a corporate banking executive & recipient of 5 leadership awards, our founder grew up in a family of diplomatic expatriates. Julie Bagbeni-Simmons moved to 8 different countries before coming to the United States.

    Julie understands the struggles corporate & diplomat foreign expatriate face because she's lived it. –This, along with attempting to consistently mix in different cultures, hence the word: “Mé·lange” (To mix in French).
