I have been studying the Torrey pine since 2007. I have collected over 500 cones off the ground on private and commercial properties after a storm in the last 4yrs. I have collected seeds from the cones. It takes 2 yrs. to reinstate ( from seed to strong enough for the wild) for the tree to live. I want money grant (tax deductable) To build proper nursery and afford utilities to run this. This could get big,create jobs,better air quality ect...
