Company Summary

Nottolini’s 120 seat fine-dining restaurant with a 20 seat lounge. We focus on a traditional Italian menu with a touch of Tuscany & Sicilian influence. Most of the recipes are old family recipes. Nottolini‘s will be located at 1651 South College, Auburn, Alabama, an outparcel in the Tiger Crossing Shopping Center, on the main corridor from I-85 to Auburn University. Our customer base will be all of Auburn and visitors that come to Auburn games.

He has a true love and passion for Italian cuisine and cherishes his family recipes. Jim has many years experience in executive management in the food and beverage industry and thoroughly enjoys training/mentoring others.
