In the surrounding area there are two pre-schools.neither of them open passed 3:00.There is no full time daycare available for working parents in Topanga.There is one summer camp but it is very expensive.My proposal is:: to run a year round daycare,open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm,the daycare will be run in a pre-school formate [scheduled activities,teaching],it will be a licensed daycare and insured,to run a summer camp open from 9;00am to 4;00
