Company Summary

ToolSpinner is a web based platform to connect tool renters and tool owners. Owners earn income from idle tools and renters save on rental rates. Customers pay high costs to rent tools that other individuals nearby already own. We provide a safe, structured, and secure platform to make local tools accessible for rent. We are presently in the final stages of development and will launch in April of 2012. We are pre-launch and pre-revenue.

    Daniel Cole is the business and sales side of ToolSpinner. Daniel graduated from Towson University with a B.S. is Business Administration. After graduation Daniel accepted a position with Northrop Grumman and spent a few years climbing the corporate ladder and learning contracts, subcontracts, finance, and accounting while working on large scale Top Secret DOD programs.     Steven Cole is the tech guy and geek side of ToolSpinner. Steven graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Computer Science. Steven has spent most of his career in commercial software development. At Breakaway Games, Steven spent time programming game AI, general gameplay features, and UI for a dozen retail products. While working for the military as a contractor, Steven led a team to improve the security on the system used for data collect
