As the founder of Tomorrow Lab, Ted utilizes his BS in Inventive Design Engineering from Purdue, MS of Industrial Design from GATech, and architectural studies in Scandinavia, to design and engineer revolutionary products. In addition, Ted taught Design Studios at GATech and Drexel University as well as helped start and/or propel the following NYC Hardware projects at an early phase: WayCount, Windowfarms, littleBits, and Social Bicycles.

With education spanning the globe including Industrial Design from Scuola Politecnica di Design, Milan, Italy, and Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University, Pepin leads product design strategy at Tomorrow Lab, articulating user insights, defining product benefits, exploring appropriate technologies and inventing new features and interfaces.

Shelby holds a BA in Creative Writing from UNCA, and a MPS in Publishing from GWU. Shelby’s expertise, while different from an engineer, comes from over a decade of diverse professional experience ranging from project management, to writing and editing, to research and development of marketing strategies. Her lack of pure design knowledge is made up in her ability to predict client needs, streamline project goals, and cultivate a creative energy.
