Josh is a former financial operations and technology consultant with roles at EY and Capgemini. Previous projects included ERP software implementations, digital roadmaps and strategy, and financial operations improvement. His past client work has been heavily focused in the retail industry.

Challen has deep expertise building and scaling CX teams for early-stage SaaS and consumer startups. She's also held senior client service positions at Ogilvy, BBDO and more recently Red Antler, where she focused on brand and launch strategies for startups across cannabis, wellness, and CPG categories.

Jackie has over 30 years’ experience in software product development with broad experience in developing and bringing to market financial, ERP, and supply chain solutions. She holds both PMP and CSM certifications and has five years’ cannabis industry experience as the owner of a licensed production facility in Oregon.

Karan has worked with multiple businesses and startups leading interaction and visual design efforts with product and development. He specializes in designing user interfaces and engaging digital products with 5+ years of experience.

Mr. Doucette was the Co-Managing Member, President & COO of GWA LLC, an investment management company for 27 years

Allen is a software developer with experience leading teams across a wide range of technology stacks. Previous software projects Allen and his team have worked on include mobile games, restaurant software, warehouse and inventory management.
