To build, administer and market a technologically-advanced multi-purpose Conference Facility, that is Energy Efficient to LEED Standards and will support the new thrust in Business Tourism on the island of Tobago (Trinidad & Tobago). To construct a State of the Art Conference Facility (45,000 sqft) that is fully equipped with all modern furnishings and audio visual equipment and has the ability to house a maximum of 3,700 persons in total.
