    Experience in personnel management, hunting, shooting sports, and enthusiasm for western history led me to develop the overall concept and operational plan for the resort. The remaining management members will be brought in as funding is raised in order of importance.

  • Jack Breeden
    General Manager

    Jack's experience comes with a great understanding of hospitality, ranch and land management. He has an ability to recognize and develop new and innovative ideas in which to establish and move the facility towards all goals by working closely with Partners, Owners or Board of Directors.

  • Steve Caballero
    Working Ranch Manager/Wildlife Management Director

    Steve comes to the table with over 20 years in the ranching and outfitting industry. Previous owner of Wild Wing Hunts he sold the company and has decided to join TNT Western Outfitters to build a top notch, 5 star outfitting operation.

    Administrative Manager

    Will need to have a broad background in accounting, human resources, and project management. This individual will oversee the personnel, logistical, bookkeeping and other tasks critical for success.

    Guest Services Director

    One of the more difficult positions, this person will oversee all aspects of the guest's stay at the resort. This individual will be oversee the everything from the overall marketing, the food and service in the restaurants and even the cleaning of the guest cabins and hotel rooms. This person must have a strong background in hotel/restaurant management and tourism operations.

    Hunting Guide

    This individual will have experience in guiding hunts as well as background in wildlife biology to oversee a safe and successful hunt as well as the overall health and population of the native and exotic wildlife currently on the ranch. This person should be very knowledgeable in firearms instruction and safety. This position will be filled during construction as we will offer limited hunting before the grand opening.
