I am an internationally known orthopaedic spinal reconstructive surgeon. I've been the invited speaker for the spinal associations of thirty (30) first & second world countries and have been the invited visiting surgeon in most of those countries. I have also had several business experiences in the medical field with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Acromed & Quantech that will greatly benefit TMN in serving as its’ Chairman.

For my entire life, I have been actively involved in all areas of the music business and am a musician, myself. I have worked as an independent sales rep for many well-known product lines (Monster Cable, AKG, Digitech, Soundcraft, TC Electronic, Peavey, ESP & Spector). In essence, I have seen “every playbook” in the music industry & have a unique perspective on how TMN can benefit it as an easily recognizable new brand and meeting place.

Mr. Gentry is the bass player, songwriter and co-founder of the super-group, Alabama. Alabama's career sales have topped 73 million records. This ranks it as one of the 10 biggest-selling bands in the annals of popular music and ahead of such rock greats as Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Queen, Pink Floyd and The Who. Alabama has more No. 1 records than any band in country-music history and has sold more concert tickets than other country artist.

Bernard is a seasoned music executive with 26 years of experience. His A&R prowess is nationally recognized. Bernard has appeared on multiple episodes of NBC’s Emmy Award winning reality daytime series “Starting Over” which is now in syndication. He has served as a regional judge for Nashville Star, and a judge for the National Karaoke Championships on E. Bernard currently operates PCG Nashville in development of new & talented artists.

Tyme is currently the international sales and artist relations manager of Tech 21 USA as well as exclusive US distributor of ENGL amplification. As both a recording artist and music industry businessman, Tyme has over 40+ years of combined experience in the music and manufacturing segments of the music industry and has established deep relationships with many well-known musicians & artists.

Prior to forming the Law Offices of Ronald S. Bienstock in 1987, earlier in the 80’s Ron was editor-in-chief and publisher of International Musician & Recording World and was General Counsel to Hoshino, U.S.A. (manufacturer of Ibanez Guitars, electronics, and Tama drums). In 1991, Ron was voted one of the top 100 "Most Influential People in The Music Business" by BAM Magazine. Also, Ron teaches Entertainment Law as an adjunct professor at NYU.

Business Affairs Attorney with 20+ years of success in growing operations and driving business/profits for both start-up and established communications/media businesses. Glenn is a confident, adaptable decision maker with broad, deep business and legal experience along with a holistic understanding of connectivity among divisions, functions and industries.

Chris hold a BS in Accounting from MU (Columbia, MO). Since then, he has held many positions in the accounting industry including ownership in a consulting practice specializing in ERP system implementations. From experience with Investment Accounting and Financial Reporting to functioning as a Controller for a jointly held corporation, Chris has the passion for music and accounting experience for TMN's back office needs going forward.

Rob has been active in the music industry, as a touring/recording musician, since the late 1990’s. Throughout his career he has shared stages & networked with some of the biggest bands and companies/brands in the industry. He played drums for the rock band Diversion 4.0, toured the USA on the Vans' Warped Tour and is still active in touring, recording and performance to continue expanding his experience to benefit TMN, long-term.

Mr Dayment owns and operates his own media production company based in the Kansas City area, specializing in Music & Sound Design, Video Editing, Image & Post-Production. Originally from the UK, Cal has a varied background between the UK and USA that includes: Music, Theatre Arts, Film, Radio, TV, Music Store Retail, I.T. & Business Admin. Cal's passion for excellence in video production, concept & design has been an enormous benefit to TMN.
