Titan rentals will provide 2000 square foot grow units for the growers who can't afford to buy large warehouse space. There's no limit to the amount of units that I can build. The buildings will have 4 units to rent $4000 per unit.

My plan for the capital is to put up two buildings the first year with a annual revenue of 384k. The target customers are growers that want to get out of their basements and into a more productive space.
