Eric is the founder of Tipping Point Renewable Energy. He has more than 15 years’ experience in starting and growing businesses. He has been involved with companies that have been in the Inc. 500 and Columbus Fast 50. He has worked with clients such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, TIAA-CREF, The Ohio State University, K-Mart, Major League Baseball and the FBI. He won a Smart Business Leader award in 2010. He is the Chairman of AEE Ohio .

Mr Hadinger is a the Chief Technology Officer at Tipping Point. He is a LEED AP and has over a decade of experience in the power industry. He was recently with American Electric Power for over six years and provided construction management, field engineering, quality control and project support for environmental retrofits to AEP's Midwest coal fleet.

Mr. Kenworthy has more than 20 years experience in the energy industry. His broad policy and industry experience provides a unique perspective on solar energy project development. ​ He has worked as a Congressional staff member, in trade associations and co-founded of Governmental Strategies Inc., a federal affairs consulting firm. He holds an MBA/MPPM from Yale School of Management and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
