She is also president of Triple Crown Communications, teaching staff to communicate information in a clear and usable way to different groups, from consumers to end users. Clients include the FDA, USDA, Health and Human Services, and the World Bank.
    Ms. Inukai holds a BA from the Ohio State University and an MA from Columbia University.

    Dr. Inukai provides consulting services to government in the analysis, design, and development of commercial and military satellite communications systems and technology. Chief Systems Architect at ViaSat/COMSAT Labs, Fellow and Managing Director of Systems Engineering at Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications. Dr. Inukai holds a BSEE and MSEE from Tokyo Electrical Engineering College in Tokyo, Japan, and a Ph.D. from City University of NY.
