Company Summary

Antibody-drug conjugates are the latest biotechnology breakthroughs for the treatment of cancer. Our bioengineered enzymes link drugs to antibodies only at well-defined, specific sites rather than the random sites currently used.
We also have our own single-domain antibody platform that incorporates an ultra-high affinity adapter system for the rapid production and testing of single domain antibody therapeutics, ADCs, and diagnostics.

    Founder

    Dr. Timothy Craig is an expert membrane protein crystallographer with drug-discovery experience (Novartis). He has managed groups of scientists and produced nearly 30 x-ray crystal structures that are publicly available in the Protein Data Bank. During his time at Emerald Bio, a specialized structural biology CRO, he was the Project Lead for Gilead, Heptares, and other big pharma customers.
