  • Managing Member, Founder, Inventor

    Jere Northrop, inventor of the TimberFish technology, has invested 40 years developing this system. He is the co‐founder and inventor of Bion Technologies in 1989 where he served as Director for 19 years, President first 10 years and more recently Chief Technology Officer and Senior Technology Director. Jere has extensive experience in the environmental sector including design, construction, and operation of large manure management systems.

    James Timlin has 35 years of corporate, executive and business development/strategic planning experience. He worked in the fields of strategic and marketing planning, R&D, manufacturing, project development, corporate redesign, and sales and marketing. Jim has been involved with a series of alternative and bio-energy projects and has also been a consultant to several start-up companies.

    Ron Catalano has 20 years experience in Project Management and Engineering for small to large corporations involving multi- million dollar building expansions, new construction and process systems. Experienced in on-site construction management, land development, construction design, development and supervision, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, and fabrication.

  • Managing Member Research and Development

    Jennifer Phillips Russo has over ten years experience as an environmental scientist working with a number of university, community, and governmental agencies. She has researched the microbial ecology and nutrient pollution in freshwater ecosystems and the effects that this has on community structures with respect to the funding and implementation of mitigating solutions. She is directing the research and development of the TimberFish Technology.
