Mr. Matovich has a long heritage steeped in family coal miner and moonshiner traditions. David has carried on his family tradition of infusing spirits - starting with moonshine (acquired legally) and later, with premium vodka.

Mrs. Matovich is a classically trained chef and has acted as the catering director for her family run catering company for the last ten years. Over this time, she has planned countless specialty events. Her background in the catering business has yielded excellent skills in client relations and the ability to figure out clients needs quickly in order to exceed their expectations.
