We are looking at a 2-story 3200 square foot wooden building located in Binghamton, NY and have been in negotiations with the owners on a lease to own. The 1st floor will be mostly retail (cigars & cigar accessories eg lighters and humidors) and the lounge (with couches/chairs and tvs) with a porch for summer days. The 2nd floor will be reserved for a pool table/gaming & will also be available for parties, we also will be planning special events.
