After playing professional basketball in Spain, Japan, Turkey, and France for more than eight years on division one teams, Mr. Wallace has been involved in business marketing, start-ups, corporate financing and fund acquisitions since 2001 and brings many years of experience essential for the success of the Company.

Mr. Balderas holds a MBA in Entrepreneurship as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from University of Southern California.  and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles.   He is a Certified Trust Financial Analyst Cannon School of Trust and Financial Planning Levels I & II. California Property and Casualty and Life Insurance Licenses. 18 years of experience in the Financial and Banking Industry.

For  15  years  Mr.  Field  was a partner in  Agile  Media. Mr. Field's career includes many significant achievements that illustrate his comprehensive skill set and proficiency  at cultivating an idea from concept, to execution,  to monetization.   Mr. Field's commitment to delivering extraordinary results in business is second only to his unwavering commitment to his family, his faith and maintaining the integrity of his character.

Mr. Shaifer has served the Aerospace Industry for 9 years in the Quality Management Division, employed by Aluminum Precision Products. as a Metallurgical Technician. Mr. Shaifer was responsible for Company compliance for Federal, State, FAA, and Aerospace Industry Standards. Major prime customers include Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and General Dynamics. 
Prior to joining (APP) Mr. Shaifer owned has owned and operated several small companies as well

Vinutha James is the founder and principal of Vinutha James Marketing & Events based in Orange County, California. Vinutha began her marketing career over 18 years ago and has diverse experience representing iconic brands such as Ketel One Vodka, Gateway computers, National Football League and Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.

Vinutha’s most recent position was the Vice President of Marketing at Nolet Spirits U.S.A. In this positi
