10 years ago I noticed an interesting phenomenon with a permanent magnet assembly. I contacted Keksintösäätiö to get some funding. I didn't expect much because my invention was using magnets as a source of energy which was not a generally accepted concept - and I didn't get any funding. Now this kind of devices are entering the market and also LENR devices which basically convert kinetic energy of electrons to heat. Maybe time would be right now?
