J.J. Cox graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering. He has worked for ME Electmetal where he cast ferro metals.

Mike Strand graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering with a dual minor in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering. He worked for ALCOA where he was Casting Engineer casting superalloy turbine blades before he started TiCAST. He is currently pursuing a M.S. in Systems Engineering. He also has a Six Sigma Green Belt manufacturing certificate.

Mathew Cox graduated from the University of Arizona with a dual B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering and Management Information Systems. He is currently an Engineer at INTEL.
