I have over a decade of experience working in corporate America and have had the opportunity of shadowing the CEOs of some of the most amazing technology businesses in Central and South Florida. I hold a bachelor's and a master's degree in Communication.

Adrian has an associates degree in Computer Science from the Barbados Community College. He served as a technical support representative for Barbados Light and Power Co. Ltd for two years and was then promoted to chief network administrator and served in that capacity for six years. As chief network administrator, he was responsible for managing four facilities within BLP and maintained a 99.7% uptime during his time in that position.

Amanda Melo got her post-graduate degree in corporate finance and investment banking from the FIA-Fundação Instituto de Administração in Sao Paolo. She co-founded and serves as the CFO for the Anhembi Hostel, which is currently ranked as the #1 hostel in Sao Paolo on TripAdvisor. Amanda has over 5 years experience in corporate finance, with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and market capitalization.
