    CEO

    Shayne spent thirteen years with Heartland America, a direct marketer of general merchandise catalogs and internet sales. Shayne started with Heartland as a graphic designer and advanced to lead the company’s direct internet marketing and development strategy, tactics and execution including product placement, marketing services, interface design and front-end and back-end programming growing the business to over $100M in annual revenue.

  • Kent has been an independent consultant and board member since 2009. Kent has been the CFO of several emerging growth companies including MinuteClinic, Fargo Electronics, Envoy Medical and CyberOptics. He has been responsible for over $250M of private and public equity and debt financing since 1995, including two initial public offerings and a key member of negotiating teams delivering over $550M of acquisition proceeds to shareholders in 2006.

  • Chief Strategy / Marketing Officer

    Brian was a co-founders and Chief Strategy Officer of 8thBridge, a developer of social-commerce platforms. Brian was the head of marketing for Target.com, where he managed its online and direct marketing businesses. At Target, Brian increased online revenue by 1,500 percent and helped Target.com become a top three online retailer. Previously, Brian helped Fingerhut.com expand to become the 4th largest online retailer in North America.

  • Vice President Business Development

    John brings 18 years digital marketing, sales and business development experience to Thrill ON. He has spent the last 6 years investing in and helping develop digital media start-ups including: GP Shopper; MyLikes; Live One; and Tap.me. John was Google’s first employee in the Midwest in 2000. He started and ran their Chicago office and later ran the Central Region Retail Team  through 2007.
