Lew has been a brewer of mead and beer for more than 20 years. Lew suffers from Celiac Disease which prohibits his enjoyment of traditional beers developed in the Craft Brewery industry. Lew brings to the company a varied background in management of small to large teams in the High Tech Industry and experienced great success as an IT Director and Consultant in Silicon Valley Start-Ups like Wine.Com and Lumenare.

James has been brewing for 5 years, starting with brewing hard ciders and incorporating beer into his list of successful batches with a focus on Gluten-free styles. He enjoys experimenting with unconventional ingredients which he hopes will bring a competitive edge to the business He is currently a Colorado State Licensed Plumber and has a background in the food service industry.

Robert is a maker of hard cider and has experimented with a variety of other fermented drinks. Robert brings a fresh creativity and a more humorous approach to developing his craft. His background working in the child care and education spaces has allowed him to develop a solid set of communication skills and creative views.

Robert is an avid learner and is diving deep into his new role and gathering the needed knowledge to perform excellently.

Vince has been brewing beer as a home brewer for a over 10 years, his creative nature has led to a variety of unique flavor profiles and excellent results. His ability to develop solid flavor profiles is a hard to find trait. Combining that with his knowledge brewing chemistry and and techniques represents a solid base for our goals.
