Think of a temp, agency... a temp. or "staffing" agency (Hi 'R Us) typically charges perspective client an agreed upon rate ($15/hr) to use employee services from that agency and the employee of that agency, after Hi 'R Us gets its share, may only pay an employee $10/hr. And this cut that Hi 'R Us gets costs both employee and future employer. My plan is to provide services as an independent temp to dramatically cut associated employment costs.
