ThreadLab is a free, automated online personal shopping service for inexpensive men's clothing. For most men, shopping is a time-consuming, inconvenient and frustratingly ineffective process. Our proprietary software systematically selects the best items based on the customer’s individual needs, tastes, budget, and fit.     Prior to founding ThreadLab, Inc, Will was Head of Sales for AQS Market Data Services, a subsidiary of Quadriserv, Inc. Before Quadriserv, Will co-founded RBM Technologies, a Cambridge, MA-based web technology provider of retail merchandising execution management software. Prior to RBM Technologies, Will was a Business Analyst in Liberty International’s E-Commerce Department. Will has an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA from Harvard.

    Co-Founder, COO

    Andrew co-founded ThreadLab, Inc. and runs day to day operations, customer service, and customer loyalty. He previously served as a Client Sales and Service Consultant at home goods e-commerce start-up Prior to, Andrew worked in Client Services at John Hancock Insurance. Andrew has a B A from Wheaton College.

  • Mat is a Systems Engineer with experience architecting E-Commerce platforms for Orchestrall, CIGNA, Aramark, Accenture and Mat is an expert developer in Java, .NET, and is using MongoDB, Groovy on Grails, and Amazon EC2 for ThreadLab’s technology infrastructure. Mat holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the University of Liverpool.

    Matt is a user experience and web designer who codes. He crafts great experiences and solves business needs through a strategy-focused, reasearch-based approach. Matt has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations from small start-ups to large international agencies, serving clients such as Alaska Airlines,, T-Mobile USA, Gap, Inc. and more. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MFA in Media Arts from U. of Montana.

    Data Scientist

    Formerly Director of Product Management at Millennial Media, responsible for all data, targeting, and reporting products. Built out a portfolio of audience targeting technologies for major brand campaigns (GM, Sprint, Home Depot) to reach consumers on their mobile devices. Responsible for the Data Analytics infrastructure and algorithm development for the company’s Big Data pipeline. MBA, NYU Stern.
