    An experienced technical manager and entrepreneur in the field of clean transportation and has many years of involvement with hybrid and electric vehicle technology, which has led to the company’s current innovations, patents, and the final developmental stage of the Thomson Drive vPCs with "Active EV Drive" energy management technology.

    A pragmatic, results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience leading high performance finance teams. Kiya is a strategic thinker who has a strong aptitude for business development which have helped him be successful in helping organizations’ grow. He has a track record of capturing significant cost reductions through process redesign and performance enhancement both when he was in public practice with Deloitte & Touche.

  • Jeff Sheremeta
    General Counsel

    Self-employed legal consultant for the past seven years providing strategic advice and legal counsel for a variety of private and public companies in the technology and software sectors. Mr. Sheremeta received his MBA from Queen’s University in December of 2005, and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in May 1997. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in June of 1998 and remains a member in good standing.
