In the past, he spent 10 years in a sweatshop with his family in New York—crafting silk ties, vests, and tuxedo belts for luxury fashion brands at $11.50/dozen.

Ridgley is the leading angel investor in Third & Loom. Having worked at sweatshops for luxury brands early in his life, he is passionate about Third & Loom's mission to democratize fashion and providing luxury that everyone can afford. From knowledge gained from years of running Seattle's most popular Vietnamese restaurant chain and deep connections in China's textile industry, Ridgley plays an instrumental role to advise the company.

Angie is an expert dressmaker and patternmaker with deep connection across Vietnam's textile markets. She created bridal dresses in sweatshops in Vietnam for nearly 5 years before emigrating to Seattle. She leads a team of 60 dressmakers, patternmakers, and QA specialists at our Atelier in Vietnam.

Raphael is a Logistics and operations efficiency expert. He has been instrumental in leading the adoption of Third & Loom's dressmaking processes and optimizing output efficiency since the program's inception.
