An avid rider for over 20 years, Mr Nelk has been providing motorcycle industry operational and logistics support since 2009. Mr. Nelk brings over 2 decades of customer service, operational efficiency, team leadership and implementation skills to his position. Prior to his current position, Mr. Nelk held several management positions at EDS driving process improvement, customer satisfaction and training initiatives.

Mr. Piersall is an enterprise level Program Manager with a diverse background including high tech manufacturing, warehousing, international projects, customer care, sales, and financial management. He has led enterprise projects for EDS, Xerox and HP. He lead a Medicaid redesign grant submission that netted over $700 million in government grants. He is certified PMP, has a degree in Accounting and is a new motorcyclist.
