The Third eye grow op is a small family mushroom farm that will be located in western NC. The main goal is to supply local fresh mushrooms to restaurants and food co ops as to supply top quality healthy fungus for everyone to enjoy. The business will supply the local restaurants and small grocers with exotic mushrooms during the first year. In the second year advertising and promoting our exotic mushrooms in surrounding towns and counties. The first initial location will be Lincolnton and Hickory NC, into the second year expanding south towards Charlotte and Boone NC. There are more gourmet restaurants opening up and the demand for local fresh mushrooms is expanding with few mushroom farmers to supply enough to the people the market is open for entrepreneurs to start up a successful business.
