Mr. DalMolin was most recently a Partner and Managing Director at Acacia Capital Management, Inc., an investment advisory firm based in Beijing. Prior to that, he served as Partner and Chief Financial and Operations Officer for The Global Securities Group of Companies, a financial services company. Prior to that and also in Miami, FL, he was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Terremark Worldwide, Inc.

Mr. Olander most recently held the position of Medical Sales Specialist at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to this, he was a Territory Business Manager for Organon USA, Inc. where he managed a team of pharmaceutical sales people. Mr. Olander attended the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology. He is also fluent in Swedish and conversational in Spanish.

Dr. Snarski serves as board certified attending Emergency Physician at Palm Beach Gardens Hospital. Dr. Snarski attended Boston College where she graduated cum laude with a BS in Biology. She then attended St. Georges Medical School and subsequently Duke University Medical Center for her emergency medicine residency, where she achieved the status of Chief Resident. Dr. Snarski is also a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.

Prior to joining ThinWorks, Kelly was the Operations Manager for Transworld Business Advisors, LLC, a division of United Franchise Group, where she provided ongoing training, field support and coaching to the Transworld Franchisees. Kelly has over ten years of experience in business sales and mergers and acquisitions.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Accounting from Kaplan University. She is also a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor.
