Saul launched ThinkImpact in 2011. Saul was recognized as a top 9 Young Foreign Policy Leader under 33 by the Diplomatic Courier. He is a speaker for the Bureau of International Information Programs at the Department of State. His work has been featured in Inc., Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Business Insider, and The Washington Post. A Truman Scholar, Saul graduated from John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Mona completed her Bachelor’s at Oklahoma City University and Master’s at School for International Training and brings 30 years of experience in international ed and development. Her past positions include: Peace Corps Associate Director in Togo and Burundi; Study Abroad administration at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Colorado State University; and senior leadership roles with International Studies Abroad and GlobaLinks Learning Abroad.

Tim completed his Bachelors in Business at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and received his Masters in Social Work, concentration in Community and Administrative Leadership and an asset-based global development focus, from The University of Texas at Austin. He has worked in international development in Mexico, India and The Dominican Republic and academic and professional residencies in Ghana and Ethiopia respectively.
