    Eileen was formerly the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for over 100 CPS schools where she worked closely with principals and district leaders. She was also the founding English Department Chair of top-ranked Walter Payton College Prep and author of NCTE's 360 Degrees of Text (2011.) She is a member of the design team for Chicago-based Intrinsic Schools, a new charter school network, which blends online and face to face instruction.

  • Josh Tolman has spent the last twenty years building quality software solutions for companies and consumers, with the last ten years focused on starting, growing, and selling a global electronic trading software company where he remains as a board member. Josh is a strategic technology advisor and board member for Intrinsic Schools in Chicago. Josh holds a BS in Computer Science and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
