Company Summary

Our company, ThinkBiz Africa, is building a network of Small Business (SBiz) Centres that generates income and supports education in underserved communities.

To create these SBiz Centres, we combined our most advanced knowledge delivery system (Conferencing eStation) with two proven revenue-generating systems: a solar-powered convenience store and a solar-powered micro-grid.

  • President and CEO

    Paul Stevers has over 30 yrs’ experience developing technologies and is named on about 14 patents. As well, he was part of a team that raised over $10 million and has 5 yrs’ experience in developing countries.

    Over the last decade, he invested over a million dollars to develop and demonstrate ways to combine technologies and renewable resources to help stabilize conflict zones around the world, especially in Afghanistan & parts of Africa.

  • Director of Education, Economics & Security

    Dr. Leif Rosenberger was Chief Economist at the US Central Command (CENTCOM) and the U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM) for almost 20 years. Prior to this time, he worked for a decade at the U.S. Army War College, where he was promoted to Full Professor of Economics and held the General Douglas MacArthur Academic Chair of Research at the Strategic Studies Institute (SSI).

  • Director of Finance

    Michelle Moore has over fifteen years of operational, accounting, and administrative experience. She holds a degree in accounting from Strayer University and has served as an operations manager and staff accountant for several companies in non-profit, sales, and security industries. She personally strives to fulfill her capacity as a change-maker through her work with Think Renewables Group and CharityHelp International.

    Following graduation, Roger Eshleman worked for five yrs in Africa where he led the implementation of a series of Appropriate Technology projects. After returning to the US, he founded a company and led the development of a line of innovative wood waste processing systems that were then patented and manufactured. For the past 15 yrs, he has provided engineering and management services through a consulting firm to several Fortune 500 companies.

  • Strategic Advisor for Africa

    Jubril Adeojo has a PhD in Integral Development Finance from the Da Vinci Institute, Johannesburg, SA. He holds a BA in Business Administration (Accounting as major) from the University of Hertfordshire; and a MSc. in Strategic Finance with merits honors from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.

    He has worked in the Nigerian banking industry for over 9 years and is now with Heritage Bank as the Head of SME and Intervention Funds.
