Team

  • Co-Founder & Growth Lead

    Joscha has been working with successful entrepreneurs e.g. at Startupbootcamp or Outfittery for many years, and is well connected in various startup ecosystems across Europe. At Enactus Cologne he built up a team of 55 people working on social impact projects.
    Joscha is a fellow of the Foundation of German Business and the ESADE Leadership Scholarship. He holds a M.Sc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and CEMS MiM from ESADE Business School.

  • Co-Founder & Strategy Lead

    Mehemed has worked as a strategy consultant to GIZ and the German, Tunisian and Libyan government. He specialized on the socio-economic development of youth in regions with elevated unemployment rates across Africa. Prior to Think.iT, he built and led the country office of Kiron Open Higher Education in Turkey. He is a fellow of the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise at Columbia Business School & holds an MPA in Development from Columbia’s SIPA.

  • Co-Founder & Technology Lead

    Amel has led the development of cloud technologies at Amazon and served as the Civic Tech Ambassador at Microsoft. She is the former founder and director of Tunis-based NGO Al-Montada, and is passionate about the intersection of tech and social impact. As an Ashoka Fellow she is well connected in the social entrepreneurship scene, both in Tunisia and internationally. Amel holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Philosophy from Columbia University.
