We have developed a patent pending, "super flour" made from sunflower seeds (SunFlour®) that has 4X more protein and fiber, and 50% less carbs than other flours. Anything made of flour (baked goods, pasta, etc) can be with SunFlour and provide 1/3 of daily protein requirements. Consumers find the taste amazing and on par with wheat products. Our goal is to provide a variety of nutritious products with baking mixes and finished products.
