Being a published Chinese author who shifted his focus to English and global education in the recent decade, Kou has spent years understanding the relationship between students and the education agencies and is excited to reinvigorate the industry at Theus, where he is responsible for marketing strategy, web development, customer services and graphic designs, while fulfilling his unique concepts to modernize the way people learn and develop.

Pallas is both a learner and an educator. She learns from her diverse experiences in Europe and America as a student and educate people in a leading Taiwanese education agency as a counselor. She believes the potential of global education is far greater than what we have today, so she founded Theus, where her responsibilities include academic and admissions counseling, client development, strategic branding, and customer experience improvement.
