Company Summary

The Signal Spot offers utility consulting for residential Internet, television and landline phone services. As resellers of various service providers, The Signal Spot is able to become an advocate for the customer by fitting them with the right bundle of services to meet the customer's needs. We are testing the scalability of a simple web interface designed to quickly assist customers with setup of a "bundled" package tailored to each customer.

    Michael began working with service providers in '03 as the manager of a cellular store. In '05 he was recruited by an innovative wireless Internet company, Clearwire and in January of '07 became a master retailer under the name Quick Tech. He managed sales teams across the Northwest and in October of '08 launched a national call center becoming the #1 Clearwire retailer and among the top 5% of Dish Network retailers.
