Mr. Juncosa is an engineer, inventor and serial entrepreneur who in his 40 year career has been a principal in five previous biotech startups, three of which have gone or are going public. Prior to co-founding Thermal Gradient he was director of blood donor products at Otho-Clinical Diagnostics. Before that he held high level R&D positions at LipoScience, Nanogen, Orchid Bioscience, Molecular Reflections and Baxter Diagnostics.
