Company Summary

Our company will focus on offering modern American cuisine in a full-service and family-friendly restaurant, as well as banquet and catering services, and a lounge area for sports enthusiasts. Downtown Fredericksburg lacks these dining options as well as updated and elegant facilities. We are not targeting the "bar crowd" or college population, but rather our targeted customer base is 60% locals 30 - 55 years of age and 40% travelers.

Melanie is responsible for all aspects of event planning, organizing talent, and leading a robust marketing campaign. She in involved in local community activity as she serves as varsity coach for two local schools. Melanie earned her BA from University of Mary Washington in 2012.
